We will have certain routes chosen each day. Garner Park has about 15 mi of trail to access, so if you are looking for lots of mileage you may double up some spots.

What Else?

Each day will have an optional morning meditation or inspirational talk followed by the group run. Post run we will shower or rinse off in the river and have breakfast ready for you. Each day will consist of 1 team building exercise/game followed by lunch and a 1 hr downtime. Then we will have a short afternoon discussion or speech followed by free time before dinner. Evenings will consist of dinner, camp fire singing, and more story time.

We will be camping at Garner State Park.

Friday run will be 8-10 mi, and Saturday will be 8-15 mi. You can choose your distance! Pace is not important. We typically have people running, hiking, and some folks like to bring their bikes too.  However for safety reasons, trip leaders will assign you a run buddy of a similar pace. We ask you to stick together and remain on the planned route.

Garner Park is full of things to do. Swimming, Fishing, hiking, snorkeling, hiking, kayaking, putt putt, and more. We will have the days planned out with group activities and team building exercises.

Runners are responsible for transportation to and from Garner. We have plenty of people interested in carpooling, so please let us know if you are one of them.
