We got it covered! Breakfast and dinner are cooked at the site, while lunch is usually a pre made in the morning into a sack lunch! Alcohol, personal running nutrition (although we will have energy bars), and Saturday night's dinner in town is not covered.
We cover your entry to the parks
We have a large cabin rented in Moab that can comfortable fit 12 people
We have specific routes that we will be running and/or hiking. We will have maps available, and ask all runners to stay on pre-determined routes.
Thursday and Friday run will be 8-16 mi, and Saturday will be 8-25 mi, with a 6-12 mi day on Sunday. You can choose your distance! Pace is not important. We typically have people running, hiking, and some folks like to bring their bikes too. However for safety reasons, trip leaders will assign you a run buddy of a similar pace. We ask you to stick together and remain on the planned route.
Post run on Sunday we will head into town for some chill time.
Runners are responsible for transportation to and from Moab. Plan to fly into Moab. United flies there, and it saves a 6hr drive from Denver.
