HOTEL RESERVATIONS
To make reservations within the guaranteed room block for the Group until 60 days out, please ask guests to call in directly to the Lajitas Reservations Department, at 432-424-5105, to make lodging reservations for the group stay. Please refer to the Name of the Group (Big Bend Ultra 2025). Due to the large volume of daily calls we receive, the call will most likely be answered by voicemail and guests must leave a message; voicemails are prioritized and returned in the order they are received. This is the best and quickest way to be able to speak in person with one of our agents. We will require a credit card deposit for the first night’s rate (pre-tax) to confirm the reservation. In order to have an accurate event guest reservations count, please let your guests know that reservations must be made directly with Lajitas Reservations and not through a third-party vendor or on our website’s online booking engine. The discounted rates and specific rooms blocked for the Group can only be accessed through this reservation process. Reservation requests may also be emailed to reservations@lajitasgolfresort.com. The same reservation protocols will apply after the guaranteed room block is released. The only change will be in the availability and rate of the room(s). The Reservations Department is staffed seven days per week, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Calls made after hours should leave a voicemail. We encourage guests to identify their need for a ground floor unit when booking.
Maverick Ranch RV Park:
The 100 site Maverick Ranch RV Park is located within ½ mile of the main Resort and offers full hook ups, plus a clubhouse with pool, showers, TV room, restroom and coin operated, self-serve laundry facilities. RV Reservations within the Maverick Ranch RV Park should be made through the online booking engine found at https://www.campspot.com/book/lajitas-golf-resort. Guests will be able to view a map of available sites in the RV Park and choose their own location. Seven RV sites have been reserved specifically for Big Bend Ultra 2025, per the contract.
