Membership Hold Request

Membership Hold Policy

Members may place their automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for up to 3 months per calendar year for $25/month. While on hold, members will retain access to Slack, and their current membership rate will remain locked in.

Before submitting your Membership Hold Request, please read the following important points carefully. By submitting the form, you confirm that you have read and understand these terms:

• I understand that the membership hold must be for 1 month or longer.

• I understand that I must provide specific start and end dates for when I would like my hold to take place.

• I understand that billing will resume automatically at the end of the hold period, and that membership payments are non-refundable.

• I understand that if I cancel my membership during the hold period, the standard 3-business-day written cancellation notice requirement in my membership agreement applies.

• I understand that hold requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to my billing date.
