Join us every second Wednesday of the month for a trail run. Discovery is our beginner-friendly class where we run 2-4 miles (run or hike) at a casual pace. Alyssa O’Krent from AOK Physical Therapy will be available to discuss any PT needs or answer any questions. We’ll also have cold brew and bananas for post run hangs.
